Lancaster County Backyard and their tremendous staff with Alvin, Elmer and the three gentleman that showed up to install were amazing to work with. From the design of a high ceiling with a flat roof they kept the trusses from looking sandwiched with a great design. The installation team worked extremely fast and didn’t miss a single detail. If you want a structure built right the first time I would definitely use Lancaster County Backyard!!

Hands down best construction process we have ever had. Outstanding craftsmanship , delivered on time , on target and on budget. The wait was well worth it… The result has exceeded our expectations. I was in awe as the team erected our 24 x 24 pavilion in 2 days. The craftsmen ship was so well done, our county inspector even said so, and looked in awe while he took in and acknowledged the attention to detail. Can’t say enough about the after sales support. Elmer was terrific help with the install. I erected the Timber Frame Pavilion with the help of my brother and it went together exactly like it should. A lot more work than I expected but finished product looks great.

I recently had a pavilion built as part of a back yard project. From beginning to end, my experience with the Lancaster County Backyard staff and their craftsman was exemplary. They were all very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and wonderful to deal with.
I was also building an attached stone fireplace to the pavilion by another contractor. Kevin (of LCB) was very knowledgeable at such a detailed level, I knew he was very experienced. When we reviewed the project, I truly felt like he was helping build a family member’s Pavilion.

From start to finish we received excellent service. We were shown a picture of what we purchased and it was a 100% match. The Pavilion is beautiful. The men Installed it in one day and that in it self was impressive.

I selected Lancaster County Backyards primarily for their ability to provide the product and services that I was looking for within the geographic radius of where I live. I was also impressed with Elmer’s level of knowledge and that he took time to answer my questions and provide details on how the pergola would be designed. He was also very response to my emails and calls which is important to me and very thorough in the information provided back.

I just had a pavilion installed from Kevin and his crew. They arrived early on Tuesday morning and working tirelessly throughout the day. I had many questions as the work progressed, Kevin patiently answered.

Kevin is respectful, hands on, and oversees all of the installation. My husband and I were extremely satisfied with the entire process. We would highly recommend Kevin and his crew to anyone.
