20×22 Montford Pavilion in Toms River, NJ

About This Project

This 20×22 Montford pavilion creates a covered gathering space beside the pool in Toms River, NJ. It sits only inches from an existing fireplace and outdoor kitchen, connecting the pool deck to the cooking and seating areas.

A 7/12 roof pitch, 12-inch eave overhang, and wide spans between posts give the pavilion its open, stately look. The low-maintenance vinyl keeps its clean finish without staining or painting.

The homeowners describe it as “a stunning centerpiece that allows our families to come together and celebrate year round.”
