16×16 Caribbean Pavilion in Lexington, VA

About This Project

This 16×16 Caribbean pavilion creates a shaded lounge area in a Lexington, VA backyard. A custom privacy wall anchors the back of the space, and knee walls on either side add shelter while keeping the yard in view.

Board-and-batten vinyl covers the walls, with Douglas fir knee wall tops and a matching mantel stained in UTF Driftwood. Overhead, the ceiling is finished in UTF Shenandoah Smoke, and a standing seam metal roof caps the white vinyl columns.

With room for a full sectional beneath the roof, the pavilion gives the homeowners a comfortable spot to relax and entertain.
