- Sanding the Timbers – The timbers are sanded for a refined surface.
- Cutting Roofing Boards – Tongue-and-groove roof boards are cut to spec.
- Staining and sealing – Timbers are stained, and end-sealer is applied to prevent moisture damage.
- Assembling the Truss – Trusses are pre-assembled right before the kit is completed.
- Packing the kit – All parts are labeled and packed for transport; ready for on-site assembly.
